What is Check-In time?
This policy is the same for all Waterloo Woods properties
Check-in at 4:00 PM
Early check-in can be requested, but is subject to availability and sufficient time for us to prepare a cabin for occupancy between bookings. Additional fees may apply. Contact us directly.
What is Check-Out time?

Check-out by 11:00 AM

What is the minimum age to rent?

Renters must be at least 23 years old and provide proof of age, such as a government-issued ID.
Can I have a party or other event while renting your cabin?
NO.
No Events can be hosted at any of our cabins.
No bachelor or bachelorette parties allowed!

Situated in a rural location, this cabin is steps from Waterloo State Wildlife Management Area and 2.8 mi (4.4 km) from Wayne National Forest Athens Unit. Waterloo State Forest and Woodcock Nature Preserve are also within 9 mi (15 km).
We will provide precise directions to the Chanterelle Chateau with a paid booking.

Situated in a rural location, this cabin is steps from Waterloo State Wildlife Management Area, and within 6 mi (10 km) of Wayne National Forest Athens Unit and Waterloo State Forest. Woodcock Nature Preserve and Lake Hope State Park are also within 9 mi (15 km).

Situated in a rural location, this cabin is 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Waterloo State Wildlife Management Area and 2.5 mi (4 km) from Wayne National Forest Athens Unit. Waterloo State Forest and Woodcock Nature Preserve are also within 6 mi (10 km).
We will provide precise directions to Vista Views with a paid booking.
Are your cabins family-friendly?
Yes, we welcome children at all.
All three cabins are family-friendly and welcome children ages 0-17:
- Chanterelle Chateau – sleeping 5
- Foxfire Cabin – sleeping 7
- Vista View – sleeping 4
Are your cabins pet-friendly?
We welcome up to 2 dogs only.
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved, housetrained dogs with a cabin rental.
A non-refundable $25 cleaning fee will be assessed per stay (not per pet). No cats or other types of pets are permitted.
The owners will consider additional dogs on a case-by-case basis with contact
